      I was lucky enough to get upgraded to an executive suite, and they even sent me a complimentary fruit basket when they noticed I wasn't feeling well.       The hotel was impressive with its spacious room and friendly staff. We spent joyous evenings at the pool and enjoyed the beach with our grown children, especially the amenities like the adventure park.       While the overall vibe is appealing, the room facilities need attention. one bedside lamp didn’t work, and the sink faucet had an annoying tendency of swinging between boiling and freezing temperatures. The bathroom could be a nightmare after a shower due to inadequate drainage, which leads to flooding—not ideal when you're trying to step out. Additionally, I noticed some sustainability efforts were undermined by the offer of small plastic bottles instead of more eco-friendly options for water. The pools also had a cleanliness issue on a couple of days, making me question upkeep.

      Family with children in for a nice getaway

      I had a fantastic experience staying here. The breakfast was nothing short of very nice, with Christian and his crew in the restaurant always making sure everything was perfect for us. They knew our names and even made special mentions to my kids, which felt personal and warm. The staff, especially this one guy, Christian, who helped us with breakfast, went above and beyond. It was like we were family. Always smiling and ensuring we had what we needed.

      It wasn't exactly cheap, but worth every penny for the comfort and service we received.

      We really loved our time here! The place is stunning inside and out, and the staff were super helpful, especially the restaurant crew. They treated us like family! But the checking procedure was a bit long because of the EID confirmation. Overall, an enjoyable experience with great poolside snacks!
